COMPANY-WIDE INNOVATION

Strategy, identity + messaging

TiVo boasts a robust portfolio of over 5,000 patents – in large thanks to the internal patent program that encourages employees to innovate and invent. To inspire greater company participation, the creative department launched a proactive, internal campaign to attract new participants and make the process easier and more enjoyable. We reworked the brainstorming workshops to be more engaging and productive, created internal messaging and marketing pieces meant to inspire and celebrate innovation, and spearheaded external marketing initiatives to position TiVo as innovation leaders. The program has fostered greater participation and a higher patent
approval percentage.
