In a market where entertainment providers must stay competitive, we helped DIRECTV stand out with a loyalty platform that truly delivered. Working closely with their senior leadership, we launched their dynamic loyalty program, DIRECTV PERKS. Built around real passions and exclusive perks, DIRECTV PERKS rewards subscribers with sweepstakes, giveaways, live subscriber experiences and monthly surprises; all housed in a sleek, app-based experience. But this wasn’t just a feel-good initiative; it was smart, too. Every interaction fuels data-driven insights that allow the brand to personalize content and deepen customer connections.
I worked closely with the strategy, digital and client teams to work on all aspects of the program from competitive and audience research to communication and promotional strategy as well as the UX and UI of the app. We continue to develop and innovate within the program to maintain DIRECTV's competitive advantage within their industry.
