In a market where entertainment providers must stay competitive, DIRECTV reached out to us to help them do just that. Working closely with their senior leadership, we launched their dynamic loyalty program, DIRECTV PERKS. The program is designed to reward and engage DIRECTV subscribers through exclusive sweepstakes, giveaways, and special offers, all relevant to their passions and all accessible in the DIRECTV PERKS app.
I worked closely with the strategy, digital and client teams to work on all aspects of the program from competitive and audience research to communication and promotional strategy as well as the UX and UI of the app. We continue to develop and innovate within the program to maintain DIRECTV's competitive advantage within their industry.
